1. All trash must be securely tied and sealed in a plastic bag before placing it in the provided trash bin.
2. Ensure that the trash bin lid is fully closed after depositing your trash to prevent spillage or odor.
3. Place the provided trash bin in the designated pickup area outside your door during the scheduled collection times.
4. Only household waste and non-hazardous materials are permitted in the trash bin. Prohibited items include but are not limited to chemicals, batteries, electronics, and construction debris.
5. Do not overfill the trash bin beyond its capacity. If the lid cannot close properly, additional bags should be held until the next scheduled pickup. Additionally, residents will always have the option to upgrade services allowing for more frequent trash removal.
6. Keep the area around the trash bin clean and free of obstruction to facilitate easy collection.
7. Notify Ozark Valet in advance of any changes to your pickup schedule or if additional services are required.
8. Ensure pets are secured during trash pickup times to prevent any interference with the service.
9. Report any damaged or malfunctioning trash bins promptly to Ozark Valet for repair or replacement.
10. Compliance with these rules and regulations is essential for the efficient and effective provision of our valet trash service. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in service disruption or additional charges.
